In today's society validation is sought for people, places and things. We validate to authenticate ourselves through our affiliations, identifications and more. At times, it is necessary to authenticate the accuracy of information obtained or dispersed as it influenes persons and impacts process. Documentation, photos or receipts are provided to prove places we've gone, experiences or things we own.
From Good Friday to Resurrection Sunday, we stand to remain thankful for the Blood, Sacrifice, Trust, Hope, Grace and Love of The Lord Jesus Christ. There is proof in the power of Jesus that evident in the word of God. The scriptures detail how they pierce him in his side, to covering the tomb with stone and requesting to see the nails in his hands.
“We have seen the Lord!” But he said to them, “Unless I see the nail marks in his hands and put my finger where the nails were, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe.”
(John 20:25)
When Jesus was with the disciples he said "Peace Be with You " and then continued " Put your finger here, see my hands. Reach out your hand and put it into my side. Stop doubting and believe."
Throughout the challenges of life, situations, mistrust, fear, doubt or presentation of circumstances may make it difficult to believe in ourselves, one another, the unknown or potential. We have Hope to Acknowledge the Fulfillment of the Promises of God.
The Scripture States:
Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. (Isaiah 41:10)
For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control. (2 Timothy 1:7)
When I am afraid, I put my trust in you. In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I shall not be afraid. ( Psalm 56:3-4)
May we continue to trust in the Love and Promises of God as Provided in his Word.
